Can we add lunch or refreshments to a meeting?
Yes. Tea, coffee and snacks are available, and we can arrange sharing platters or a buffet for your group. Let us know numbers and dietaries when you enquire.
Can we add an activity after our meeting?
Absolutely. Bowling, interactive darts and karaoke are all downstairs, so your team can go straight from the meeting to the lanes.
Is the venue accessible?
Our bar, restaurant, garden and bowling lanes have full wheelchair access. Our meeting room, karaoke booths and The Lanes Comedy Club don't yet. If anyone in your group has access needs, please get in touch and we'll help you plan.
Where can our team park?
Barn Road car park (St Swithins Road, NR2 4SZ) is just across the road, with 147 spaces, open 24 hours. It's pay and display.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Our food is made from scratch, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Just send us your team's dietaries before the day.
What's the cancellation policy?
Package deposits can be refunded or moved with more than 31 days' notice. Room and venue hire needs at least 3 months' notice. Lane and booth bookings need 48 hours' notice for any changes.
